The hotel-type studio is located on the ground floor and consists of one spacious room that offers everything you need for a holiday for two. The room is dominated by a double bed with a quality mattress and bedding, which is located just opposite the design wall with TV. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area that can also serve as a full workspace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and storage space. Directly from the room there is access to the terrace and a small garden with outdoor seating.

The studio can be connected to the adjacent one-bedroom apartment.
